When should I book a wedding planner?

For full-service planning, we recommend reaching out 12-18 months before your wedding date. This gives you the best selection of venues and vendors. For partial planning, 4-8 months out is ideal, though we've successfully helped couples with shorter timelines across our service offerings. The earlier you bring us in to your planning timeline, the more we can help.


Do you work with our overall budget, or do you have a minimum?

 We work with a range of budgets and believe beautiful, meaningful weddings are possible at different investment levels. During our consultation, we'll discuss your budget honestly and help you understand what's realistic for your vision. Our planning fees are separate from your wedding budget.


Do you plan weddings outside of Seattle?

Yes! While most of our work is in Seattle and the surrounding areas (Woodinville, Bellevue, Bainbridge Island, the San Juans), we also plan weddings throughout the Pacific Northwest and are expanding into Northern California. Travel is included for weddings in the greater Seattle area; we discuss travel arrangements for destination weddings during consultation.
