Do you work with our existing vendors or preferred venues?

Absolutely. If you have existing relationships with venues, caterers, or other vendors, we're happy to coordinate with them. We can also supplement with additional vendor recommendations where needed.
Can you manage events outside of Seattle?

Yes. While most of our corporate work is in Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region, we also plan events throughout the Pacific Northwest and can coordinate events in other locations.
What size events do you typically plan?

We've planned corporate events ranging from intimate executive dinners of 15 people to large galas with 500+ guests. The size matters less than the complexity and our ability to deliver excellent results.
Do you provide event marketing or promotional support?

We focus on the planning and execution side. However, we can coordinate with your marketing team and implement promotional elements (signage, branded materials, social media integration) as part of the event design.
